The Team:
Christina MacKinney – CEO
I am an East Coast transplant, residing in sunny SoCal. I started my marketing career in 2006 at a Fortune 500 company focusing my efforts on email marketing. From there, I shifted to affiliate networking and in 2015 I joined Forward Leap Marketing. I love seeking, developing and growing relationships. I live by honesty, transparency and communication and believe these are key to any successful business.
When not working, I spend my time with my Husband Shaun, our 3 kids and dog Charlie.
Susanna Virgilio – CMO
Life is an adventure, and I’ve always been one to go get it. I love digital marketing and lead gen. I’ve been in the industry for about a decade, and it all started for me with Forward Leap Marketing.
I moved to California from upstate New York, and I can’t get enough of the fantastic Cali culture and style. When I’m not working, I’m running, hiking, traveling or exploring with my pup!
Patrice Bryant Akers – Accounting
I’ve been working in the accounting field since 1990 and doing bookkeeping since 1977. I have worked all facets of accounting. For example, manufacturers, services, non-profits, and web design and technology companies. I love creating organized accounting procedures and training.
Ashley Fedler – Marketing Executive
I have a diverse background that has centered around strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail. I value hard work, kindness, and connecting with others. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside and active in almost any capacity or you’ll find me buried in a book. I am very excited to be welcomed onto the amazing team at FLM!
