Christina MacKinney CEO I am an East Coast transplant, residing in
sunny SoCal. I started my marketing career in 2006 at a Fortune 500 company focusing my efforts on email
marketing. From there, I shifted to affiliate networking and in 2015 I joined Forward Leap Marketing. I love
seeking, developing and growing relationships. I live by honesty, transparency and communication and believe
these are key to any successful business.When not working, I spend my time with my Husband Shaun, our 3 kids and dog Charlie.

Susanna Virgilio CMOLife is an adventure, and I’ve always been one to
go get it. I love digital marketing and lead gen. I’ve been in the industry for about a decade, and it all
started for me with Forward Leap Marketing.I moved to California from upstate New York, and I can’t get enough of the fantastic Cali culture and style.
When I’m not working, I’m running, hiking, traveling or exploring with my pup!

Patrice Bryant Akers AccountingI’ve been working in the accounting
field since 1990 and doing bookkeeping since 1977. I have worked all facets of accounting. For example,
manufacturers, services, non-profits, and web design and technology companies. I love creating organized
accounting procedures and training.

Ashley Fedler Marketing ExecutiveI have a diverse background that has centered around strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to
detail. I value hard work, kindness, and connecting with others. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside and
active in almost any capacity or you’ll find me buried in a book. I am very excited to be welcomed onto the
